Initially as a hobby, their passion for entertainment still shines through today, no matter how large or intimate your function is. Whether booking a basic entertainment package to a full blown stage production, each and every booking is handled in detail to your unique requirements.

Upon enquiry, every possible detail is gathered about your function from the moment your guests arrive right through to the conclusion. A confirmation letter is then forwarded, reflecting the details gathered, including 2 x booking forms, 1 x request sheet, business cards and that all important stamped addressed return envelope. Once you have read the proposal letter, you then sign both booking forms, return one to CD Systems with your deposit and retain the other for your records.

CD Systems then contact you to acknowledge receipt of your payment and that your booking is confirmed and secure for the agreed date.

One week prior to your function, you will be contacted for further finer details. If a Wedding, your 1st, 2nd & Last dance and other requests you may have. If corporate, the access times to the venue, theme, arrival and departure times. They'll even liaise with the venue on your behalf - all part of the service.

To save embarrassment on the day, payment can be made one week prior to your function by cheque, or over the phone by credit card. Credit terms are available for corporate clients, please ask upon enquiry.
